Many professionals & Wirral organisations have supported me with my x19 year struggle regarding my mental health, physical wellbeing, alcohol issues, £ finances and ways to keep me golfing! Sometimes my psychiatrist or GP referred me, sometimes I asked to be referred and sometimes I referred myself. Whichever way it was done it helped me at that particular important time in my journey and took me forward in ways that only became clear later.
